Returns & Exchanges

At Poppin Pores, we aim to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrectly delivered item, our Returns and Replacement Policy applies under the following conditions:

  • Claims must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date, along with picture proof showing the condition of the parcel.
  • The item in question must be unsealed, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging and condition. Additionally, the original invoice is required for processing the exchange.
  • Replacement items will only be eligible if the claim is received at our warehouse within 15 days of the delivery date.
  • Once we receive the return, our Quality Assurance Department will evaluate the item. If approved, a replacement or a coupon for future purchases will be issued.
  • The customer is responsible for ensuring that the returned item reaches our warehouse in good condition. Please pack the item carefully to prevent damage during shipping.
  • Change of mind or product selection replacements are not encouraged.
  • Cash refunds are not available. Instead, a coupon will be issued for your next purchase with us.
  • Items purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged at retail/offline stores, and vice versa.
