Returns & Exchanges

At Poppin Pores, we aim to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrectly delivered item, our Returns and Replacement Policy applies under the following conditions:

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date, along with picture proof showing the condition of the parcel.
The item in question must be unsealed, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging and condition. Additionally, the original invoice is required for processing the exchange.
Replacement items will only be eligible if the claim is received at our warehouse within 15 days of the delivery date.
